Royal Baths Park

is a popular palace and park in Warsaw. There are famous classicist sights here. The park always has been the place of many events of cultural, scientific, entertainment and sports, as well as a favorite place for walks in Warsaw. The main entrance to the park is located at Ujazdowskie Avenue, in the vicinity of Belvedere Palace. Nearby, by the pond, there is the world's most famous monument of Frederic Chopin, made by Waclaw Szymanowski. Music concerts of this composer are organized periodically in the open air in Royal Baths in the summer months. Walking further down you can see the Orangery building with conservatory and hall of the Royal Theater. Here, very close is White House. In the early nineteenth century, lived here Louis XVIII, the King of France. The main object is Royal Baths Palace, also known as Palace on the Water. Initially it served as a baronial mansion, and in the end of the eighteenth century - was the seat of the king. Next to the palace there is a summer Theater on the Island. At the north exit the park, on the street Agricola, there is a historical building of the cadets school. And near the southern exit there is a mini golf course, and one of the most prestigious restaurants in Polish capital - Belvedere.
If you decide to go to Royal Baths, you should take bread for the king's carp. Very useful are as well various types of grits, or oatmeal for strolling peacocks there.

Royal Baths in Warsaw

is one of the most beautiful complex of palace and park in Europe. This was originally an ownership of Stanislaw Lubomirski Heraclius. But the biggest contribution in its present shape gave the efforts of King Stanislaw August Poniatowski. Royal Baths belonged to him since 1764. The whole work was created by royal architects: Dominik Merlini, Jan Christian Kamsetzer and Jan Christian Szucha. During almost 30 years there were built on this area the royal summer residence, pavilions and buildings and the shape of the park was planned. At that time, the seventeenth-century baths was transformed into a beautiful classical Palace on the Island. Then the Theater on the Island and Belvedere Palace and the Orangery with the court theater were built. And that's not the end. During this period there were built: White House, Great Oficyna and Myślewicki Palace. Park with the entire palace complex was created in the years 1774-1784. The experts immediately find here places, which clearly indicate that it combines elements of a French garden with landscaped English park.

Ticket counter open from 8:30 – 15:30, but tickets can be purchased in each of these objects.

Access to the Royal Baths Park is free. However, you must pay a fee for entry to particular objects, located on this area:

Palace on the Island:
regular rate - 12 to PLN
Reduced rate- 9 PLN.

White House:
regular rate - 5 PLN,
Reduced - 3 PLN.

Myślewicki Palace:
regular rate - 3 PLN,
reduced - PLN 2.

Old Orangery:
regular rate - 6 PLN,
Reduced - 4 PLN.

Cadet School - Museum of Polish Emigration, named Ignacy Jan Paderewski:
Admission is free.

Old Guardhouse, Museum - temporary exhibitions galleries:
Admission is free.

Guide service:
When a group of visitors of historic buildings is over 15 people, there is required to use the guide service for an additional fee.
